AV1800 Premium Rotating Arm Wrapping Machine

The AV1800 PREMIUM is a rotating-arm wrapping machine supported by a fifth wheel, designed for palletized and non-palletized products on automatic lines. It features a motorized vertical pre-stretching chain, with an optional double motor for adjustable pre-stretching ratios. The welding and cutting unit is pneumatically powered, using hot-plug welding with hot-wire cutting. Accessories include a small press, top-sheet dispenser, adapter, and fixed or movable striker. The machine is also available in the ACTIVE version, operating without the counterweight for greater flexibility.
